    Electricity will be provided upon request. Backdrops and banner stands must be no more than 5 feet wide and 8 feet high. Items including banners, stands, backdrops, and signs that obstruct walkways are not permitted.

    Payment by check must be made by July 10, 2020, unless Threshold Enterprises, Ltd. agrees in writing to debit your vendor account. Mail checks to Threshold Enterprises, Ltd., 23 Janis Way, Scotts Valley, CA 95066. Attention: Accounts Payable.



    Cancellation Policy

    Once this contract is signed and booth space is allocated, you are contracted to exhibit space. An exhibitor who cancels its booth space reservation must pay a cancellation fee to allow Threshold Enterprises, Ltd. to recover administration expenses incurred in preparing for the participation of the cancelling exhibitor and which it will incur in attempting to resell the booth space.


    Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following fees:

    1) Cancellations received before June 5, 2020, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the booth space price.

    2) Cancellations received on or after June 5, 2020, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booth space price.

    3) Cancellations will result in a forfeiture of all exhibitor badges.
